Can anyone tell me is the Flame of Hope letterbox in Virginia Beach, VA is a viable site. I visited there today 07/28/02 and was unable to locate letterbox.

Seadog, it's owner, just posted recently that it was
intact but he moved it further back in it's hiding
place.
